Originally known as the Diamond State Telephone Company, we have provided telecommunications service to Delaware citizens for over a century. Although our name has changed over the years, our commitment to quality service and support of our communities has remained constant.  As you explore this site, you will discover the many ways in which we support the First State and its citizens -- by funding literacy initiatives, community technology development and workforce development programs as well as charitable and cultural events.
