With over 25 years of combined service, Gwen and Melissa are asked for by name over and over. While Gwen and Melissa care deeply about their Verizon customers, serving their community is also near and dear to their hearts. Gwen, a Tampa native, volunteers with the homeless through a church group while Melissa, a Tampa resident for 13 years, coaches youth softball. Working from our Verizon customer service center in downtown Tampa, Gwen and Melissa are an integral part of a dedicated team of more than 10,000 local employees. Not only are they your neighbors and community volunteers, but most importantly, Gwen and Melissa are your Verizon service heroes.
