Welcome to Verizon Massachusetts online, a great resource for news and information on how we serve you - our friends, neighbors and partners in business across the Bay State.

Our transformation from a traditional phone company to a leading broadband provider is well underway in the Commonwealth and we continue to deploy our broadband networks to every area we serve. 

Today, our fiber-optic network and its rich array of FiOS voice, data and video services is available in more than 60 Massachusetts towns. This year, we’re expanding our fiber initiative to reach even more communities and we’ll be seeking video licenses to offer FiOS TV in an additional 30 communities.

And we’ve committed to taking broadband even further by deploying DSL technology to every Verizon switching facility in central and western Massachusetts.

Many of you have told me how important these new broadband services are to you.  I appreciate your input, and hope we can count on your support as we continue to bring FiOS and other leading edge services to you.
