John R. Gilbert
Vice President - Regulatory Affairs

John Gilbert is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Verizon.  He is responsible for all of Verizon's regulatory matters in Maryland. 

John has been a member of the Maryland regulatory organization since 1994.   Prior to this assignment, he worked in the Centrex Product Management and Service Costs organizations.   He has been with Verizon for 20 years.

John is a 1980 graduate from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN where he majored in Economics and minored in Art.  In 1997, he earned his MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.
