Verizon FiOS TV Service is provided by Verizon and Verizon Online and is not available in all areas. Service availability subject to final confirmation by Verizon. Verizon installation required. Programming and prices are subject to change. Not all programming will be available at all times. Set Top box is required for all digital programming services. Acceptance of Verizon FiOS TV Terms of Service is required. Such Terms of Service are subject to change. Uninterrupted use of the service is not guaranteed. The customer is financially responsible for any damage to, or misuse of, any equipment, or for the failure to return any equipment if service is terminated. Voice service for FiOS customers is provisioned over fiber. Power for services provided on the Verizon FiOS network must be supplied by the customer. A battery unit will supply back-up power for standard voice service (but not other Voice Over IP services), including E-911, for up to eight hours. The customer is responsible for periodically replacing the battery.
