Verizon FiOS Internet with Windows Live System Requirements
To install Windows Live with your Verizon FiOS Internet service, your computer must have: | - Windows ® XP or Windows Vista® operating systems with Service Pack 2
- Multimedia PC with 500 MHz or faster Intel Pentium Processor or equivalent (800 MHz recommended)
- Minimum128 MB of RAM (256 MB recommended)
- 320 MB of free hard drive space to install (after installation 180 MB of free hard drive space is needed)
- Microsoft® Mouse or compatible pointing device recommended
- 256-color VGA or higher resolution graphics card (SVGA recommended)
- Minimum 800x600 resolution recommended
- 16-bit card and speakers

To install and run AOL service with Verizon FiOS Internet, your computer should meet these system requirements. | For your PC:
- Windows 98** or higher
- 166 MHz Pentium class processor or higher
- 32MB RAM (64MB recommended)
- 205MB hard drive space
- 800x600 screen resolution or higher (1024 x768 recommended)
**We do not recommend use of Windows 98/98 SE/Me with FiOS Internet 5Mbps/2Mbps or 10Mbps/2Mbps. Effective July 11, 2006, Microsoft discontinued support for these operating systems, and you will no longer be able to receive support or security updates from Microsoft. We recommend that you upgrade your operating system in order to obtain optimal performance from your FiOS Internet Service.

To install and run Verizon Yahoo! for FiOS, your computer will need to meet some additional system requirements. | For your PC: - 650 MHz or faster Intel Pentium Processor or equivalent
- 64 MB of RAM (128 MB recommended)
- 125 MB of free hard drive space
- CD-ROM or DVD drive
- Windows XP or Vista
For your Mac:
Verizon Yahoo! for FiOS supports Macintosh for portal access but not all client services such as the Yahoo! browser, Yahoo! Messenger, etc. - 650 MHz or faster Intel Pentium Processor or equivalent
