  • If you have received an unsolicited spam message that you wish to report, please forward the message to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) from which the e-mail originated. For information on identifying the ISP in question, click here.
  • If you have received a spam message from another Verizon member, please forward the entire message as an attachment to abuse@verizon.net.
