Actual download speeds you experience will vary and be lower than connection speed after accounting for factors such as length and condition of your telephone line; the condition of wiring inside your location; computer configuration; network or Internet congestion; the server and router speeds of Web sites you access; and software and LAN or WAN configuration, among other factors. Verizon Online Private Line, Frame Relay and ATM Internet access speeds are based on the Verizon Online-Provided Local Transport Circuit connection speed within the Verizon Online-controlled network to the router on the Customer's premises and will be decreased 10-20% by the layer 2 protocol between the provider's and customer's network.
