Verizon is providing a new service to our customers that will make submitting a request for access lines quicker and easier. If you are a payphone provider that requests the same programming and/or PICs for all your lines, then this is tailored for you! Fill out the Rapid App Profile and indicate on the form the preferences you would need for any type of line you may request and submit these preferences once. Verizon will have on file what your preferences are, you will merely need to let us know basic information (such as location business name, street address) for your new lines! The "Rapid App" is a shortened version of our regular application, and can be submitted via fax

Put a check mark by each service you would require for each type of line you would request service for and Verizon will always input these services (if available) on the orders entered for your access lines.
