If your phone bill is arriving late or not at all, please consider the following:
1. Review the billing address on the envelope. If your business address is incorrect, please mail, e-mail or fax a written request to the NPCC to change your address, along with a list of your accounts.

Please submit your change of address to Verizon NPCC for processing.

Please do not send a change of address with your remittance slip. Depending on the state tariff, you may be charged for this change. For the exact cost, please call our office toll-free, 1-800-483-2678.

2. During the holidays, to avoid late payment fees, please mail your
payment(s) early to allow for postal delays and ensure timely arrival at our Verizon Payment Centers.
3. To ensure payment is properly credited to your account(s), send both your check and the remittance slip in the return envelope.
Not Enough Time To Pay Your Bill?
If you can't get your payment in the mail on time, please feel free to use one of the following options:
•   Overnight your payment to the Verizon Payment Center. Contact the NPCC for the physical mailing address.
•   Go to a convenient Verizon Payment Agency or Verizon PhoneMart to submit a payment. For the nearest location, call the NPCC.
•   Use your VISA or MasterCard. Just call the NPCC and one of our representatives will take your information.
