FiOS is Verizon’s newest service. Verizon FiOS TV, FiOS Internet and FiOS Digital Phone services run on a sophisticated network of 100% fiber-optic designed to enhance speed and clarity so you can enjoy the fastest Internet in the U.S. and TV with the best HD picture quality.
Standard
Standard Verizon Internet and Standard Phone services run on a copper wire network and utilize dependable DSL Internet technology offering top-rated reliability at an affordable price offering. For TV, we've partnered with DIRECTV®, to bring you the highest-quality satellite TV with an impressive lineup of HD channels.
Because not all Verizon services are offered in all areas, you’ll want to check availability before making any decisions. Here’s the good news: No matter what type of TV, Internet or phone plan you choose, one thing will stay the same. We go out of our way to make sure your FiOS TV installation process is as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Step 1
Make an Appointment
When you place your FiOS TV order online, you'll automatically be assigned the first available installation date. If a particular date and time slot works best for you, however, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Step 2
Sit back and relax
Our FiOS TV technicians will take care of everything. And clean up after ourselves, too. If you're curious about the installation process, it goes like this: the technician will mount a very small box called an ONT near your telephone box—or wherever you prefer. Then, he or she will help you determine the best possible location(s) for your FiOS TV installation and run tests to confirm that the highest-quality signal is being received. Everything is hooked up and… voila! That's it.
Step 3
Get a first-hand demo
After the installation, your technician will demo all of your new services, explain how they work, and answer all of your questions.Installation is totally free for the first three TVs, with existing coaxial cables – those wires you typically see jutting out from the wall that connect to your TV.
