FiOS
FiOS is Verizon’s newest service. Verizon FiOS TV, FiOS Internet and FiOS Digital Phone services run on a sophisticated network of 100% fiber-optic designed to enhance speed and clarity so you can enjoy the fastest Internet in the U.S. and TV with the best HD picture quality.
Standard
Standard Verizon Internet and Standard Phone services run on a copper wire network and utilize dependable DSL Internet technology offering top-rated reliability at an affordable price offering. For TV, we've partnered with DIRECTV®, to bring you the highest-quality satellite TV with an impressive lineup of HD channels.
Because not all Verizon services are offered in all areas, you’ll want to check availability before making any decisions. Here’s the good news: No matter what type of TV, Internet or phone plan you choose, one thing will stay the same. You can trust Verizon to consistently deliver the speed, quality and network reliability you need to stay connected to your world.

Hassle-free care for your inside wiring and jacks.
Inside Wire Maintenance is a simple way to address problems with the inside wiring and jacks for your home telephone and FiOS services. This is an optional monthly service that provides reliable protection for a small monthly charge per residential line.
This plan covers diagnosis and repair of the inside telephone wiring and jacks that provide dial tone service. For FiOS customers, this plan extends to cover the inside wiring and jacks used to deliver all your FiOS services.
You will not pay any labor or material charges in these situations:
You need a technician to make repairs covered by the plan.
For a diagnostic visit if the trouble is within your telephone set or equipment.
Available features may vary by state.
Pricing is on a per-dial-tone basis. Inside Wire Maintenance does not include the repair or replacement of telephone sets or other telephone equipment at your premises. To protect your phones and Caller ID units, Inside Wire Maintenance subscribers may also subscribe to Telephone Protection Plan for an additional monthly charge.
Inside wire maintenance may not be your responsibility if you live in an apartment, dorm, condo, co-op, nursing home or other group living facility. Contact your landlord or manager to determine who is responsible.
Pre-existing conditions and problems with your inside wiring or jacks are not covered within this plan. If you do not have a maintenance plan, you may make your own repairs, hire someone else to repair the wiring or hire Verizon to repair the wiring (time and labor charges will apply for each service call).
