It takes only a few minutes to complete your online order. We will show you the earliest possible appointment for activating service at your new address on the order summary page. You may opt for the first available date or "edit" to select another date. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours after submitting your order.

When you move or establish new phone service there are monthly charges associated with the services you choose. Prices vary. A one-time setup charge may apply in some locations. Please note: The first bill after your order has been completed will be higher than a normal one-month bill. In most areas, the charges for your local and optional services are billed one month in advance. In this case, the first bill will include charges for the following month of service as well as charges for the actual number of days your service was working. Initial set-up charges may also appear on your first bill. Your second bill will reflect charges for a normal one-month period.

In many instances it is possible to keep your current home phone number when you set up new Verizon phone service. During the online ordering process, simply provide us the number you want to keep and use with Verizon phone service, and we will check to see if it can be switched to Verizon.

To order service, you may be required to provide the following:
- Name (first & last)
- Valid address
- Valid contact number
- Valid email address

If opening a new account with Verizon, a credit application is required. You will need to provide a valid Social Security number or an alternate means of identification. We will verify this information with a credit bureau and notify you via email if we need additional information. All information is kept confidential and secure. In addition, some services require a valid credit card number for ordering. Your Social Security number is not required; however we will need to check your credit history in order to process the order, and supplying your Social Security number makes this process faster. Your Social Security number is transmitted securely. If you choose to continue your order without entering your Social Security number, you may be contacted for additional information before your order can be completed.
