Ivan Seidenberg, chairman and chief executive officer of Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, NASDAQ:VZ), will deliver the opening keynote at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Thursday, Jan 6.

His keynote will be webcast beginning at approximately 12 p.m. Eastern time on Verizon’s Investor Relations Web site, www.verizon.com/investor.  In addition, Verizon Wireless will webcast a news conference later that day at 4 p.m. Eastern time, and this can also be accessed on the Investor Relations site.  Access instructions will be available on the site that day.
