Consultant will be responsible for leading lifecycle based promotions, educational programs and day-to-day operations of the Verizon Wireless How To section within My Verizon. Consultant will be directly responsible for achieving call reduction metrics against target. Consultant will lead agency and vendor for all marketing efforts to capture customer interest and participation within the How To environment. Consultant will distribute new video, audio and articles for internal use and syndication to 3rd party outlets. Develop, lead, and execute tactics that will promote and maximize How To utilization with an emphasis on call reduction. Consultant will lead cross-functional teams comprising of ISO, HQ, HQCS, Marcom and Verizon Comm. Consultant will serve as a liaison between the Internet Support Team and the customer care organization for training and strategy. Develop a mutually beneficial relationship between the call centers and self service channels. Develop, and lead cross-functional teams responsible for Verizon s Social ongoing customer onboarding and education efforts. Content integration planning and program management.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of agency, promotions or marketing experience 2+ years of wireless experience preferred Strong project management experience required Must have demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multi-task Strong attention to detail required Must be able to travel 25% +/- of the time Management of direct reports Must have experience building alliances Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
