Job Responsibilities:

• Technical team leader and senior programmer / analyst for unified CSR (uCSR)
• Handles order processing for video, data, vasip, and fios voice
• Leads a team of programmers through the project life cycle of design, coding, testing, volume testing, and production implementation
• Includes mentorship and oversight of team deliverables such as detail design, code, and test case planning/results
• Has personal programming assignments and rotating production on-call responsibilities
• Must have extremely strong skills in analysis and troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication
• Must have proven leadership skills and an ability to work under tight timelines while still producing quality results

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience in C#, .net, Biztalk, SQLserver, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Windows Server.
• A minimum of 4 years in broadband order processing. Solid overall business knowledge for RiBs, SSP, and Copper Voice.
