Promote & enforce Change Control processes and procedures throughout the organization Determine requirements for Operations Change Control processes Define and Document Change Control processes Manage all levels of Operations Change Control, including organising and acting as chair for formal meetings and review sessions Attend and conduct client meetings and represent Verizon in a professional manner Liaise with agencies with a view to align Change Control process & procedures. Foster an appreciation of the importance of Change Control as a critical risk reduction factor for Verizon as an organization Communicate and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organisation including executive and general management.
Qualifications: TAFE or tertiary qualifications. Training in MS Office products. Four years industry experience in a customer facing or service industry position. Two years of experience in an Operations IT service delivery environment Previous experience in a role that deals with Configuration Management Coordination experience in an office setting. Exposure to process development and management in an IT setting Previous experience in a role that deals with Change or Release Management.
Additional Qualifications: Good understanding of Government and Non-Government Security standards. Experience working in at IT environment with a focus on Security Previous Change and/or Release Admin or Management experience.
