Position Responsibilities

The interns will have significant, daily interactions with practicing attorneys.  The primary goal will be to provide exposure to the myriad challenges and opportunities attorneys experience in a corporate law department.  
a. Interns will provide written work product during their tenure. 
b. Interns will rotate through a variety of practice group assignments.
c. At all times, interns will operate under the direct supervision of an appropriately licensed senior attorney and will be bound by the strictures of confidentiality and attorney-client privilege.

Required Skills & Experience

First or second year law student.
