Our Financial Talent Acquisition Program (FTAP) is a three-year program that will broaden your finance, accounting, economy or business understanding. You'll receive extensive training, mentorships and a great deal of support along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Our Engineering Development Program (EDP) will provide you with exposure to vendor equipment, group leaders and work functions. Give us two years and we'll give you an opportunity to earn yourself an amazing career opportunity.

Our Marketing Development Program (MDP) provides a solid early career foundation to outstanding individuals who can address Verizon’s marketing challenges and ultimately assume leadership roles in Telecom Marketing.  This 18 month program consists of 3 rotational assignments designed to provide broad exposure to Verizon’s consumer and business-to-business marketing initiatives.  Along the way, participants are exposed to a broad array of telecommunications products and services – voice, video, data, network and hardware. At program completion, the career path typically leads to first level management in Telecom Marketing. 

Our Leadership Excellence and Development Program (LEAD) is an 18 month program focused on the development of new college hires. LEAD employs various types of activities to promote employee development and performance excellence.  Participants are expected to build and demonstrate strong leadership skills, high energy, drive to achieve results.
