The Account Manager is responsible for providing field-based support for Terremark s Client Services organization with a focus on extending and expanding relationships with our Canadian Customers. Working in the field, the Account Manager is expected to meet in-person and on-site with all assigned regional Clients on a regular basis. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue and is expected to combine business and relationship skills to maintain, foster and grow account association with Terremark.
Qualifications: 5-10 years successful prior experience in IT related sales, client account management, client services, or consulting practice management. Some sales experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to expand and grow relationships within client base, as well as an ability to integrate with the sales process to maintain and grow account revenue. A proven and verifiable track record within a role that required business development, direct sales or relationship management skills. Must be able to travel to client sites within regional area to meet in person with client staff. Travel is required up to 75% of the time.
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
