The consultant may be responsible for any project phase from pre-sales, initial concept, business case definition, collating business requirements, functional design, implementation, integration and testing. Projects may either be new initiatives or improvements to existing services. Given the potential scope of the role we require candidates with a broad personality interested in both high-level consulting but also with detailed technical knowledge.

You will run projects at customer sites and will have a billable target. Being familiar with this model and having worked in this environment is a plus. Successful applicants will be assigned to projects roles across a wide variety of industry sectors including financial services, communications, utilities, government and retail.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Minimum of 4 years experience exclusively within Identiy and Access Management. Alternatively 7+ years of mixed security background.

Previous Consulting experience preferably with an international consultancy firm to C-Level executives.
Identity management workflows and process including provisioning and access and rights management.
Project management experience, willing to manage smaller projects.
Preparation of proposals and tenders.
A track record in successful project delivery.
Experience in the design of I&AM processes including at least two of the following:
o Role & Entitlements Management
o Identity Lifecycle Management (joiner/mover/transfer/leaver)
o Access Management
o User Provisioning
o Access Certification
o Identity & Access Governance

Technologies: Expertise in 2 of and familiarity with at least 5 of the following: RSA, LDAP/ActiveDirectory, Entrust, Verisign, ActivIdentity, Vasco, OpenID, Digipass, Aladdin, Gemalto, SAML/Federation, CA (Siteminder or other IAM technologies), NetIQ, Sailpoint, PingIdentity, Microsoft, IBM Tivoli, Novell, McAfee, Symantec, Safenet, Oracle, BellID. The latter list is not exhaustive, other technlogical expertise may also be offered.
Additional Qualifications: Ideally some background in IAM presales, involvement/engagement in external events (e.g. Gartner IAM summit), CISSP preferred. The consultant we are searching for this role is likely to have held software development, system design and architecture positions with vendors, systems integrators or large end users.

Knowledge of industry and government regulations and standards as they relate to IAM (PCI-DSS, ISO 27002, CobiT, etc).
Knowledge of hardware certifications and there application to specific industries, verticals and applicable regulations/standards (NIST, Common Criteria, etc).
PKI knowledge and experience
SAML, OpenID, WS Federation, OASIS, CardSpace
Familiar with Web Services architectures, including XML, SOAP and UDDI
