Responsibilities
Lead and manage rollout of planned or adhoc regional or global initiatives
Coordinate virtual teams and resources from cross functional teams
Ensure projects are delivered according to targets and deadlines.
Prepare monthly and adhoc profitability reports by products lines based on core financial data from Revenue and Line Cost Teams
Provide input and feedback to US Project Teams for any global process improvement initiatives
Works independently and part of a team towards a common goal displaying a collaborative team spirit.
Observe and align all activities to ensure they are completed in line with internal controls and procedures.
Support development through on-line training initiatives designed to promote continuous personal development within the role.
Actively promote the Company Ethics and Value programs and undertaking all required compulsory company training to support such programs.
Qualifications: Finance Degree
Professional accounting qualifications CA or CPA or CISA or CIMA or MBA
Project management qualifications Prince2 or PMP, or Six Sigma
Previous experience in reporting and analysis
Previous Telco experience
Demonstrable track record in finance related project management
Broad finance/billing/sales systems experience
Extensive knowledge of business processes and policies
Proactive, highly motivated, flexible, positive in attitude and approach
Works well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
High level communication skills particularly in process documentation
and report / business writing
Demonstrable effective negotiation / group facilitation skills
Ability to liaise and influence all levels of the organization
Ability to work autonomously and multi task
Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, SAP
