The Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for the fulfillment of orders consisting primarily of Enterprise Cloud resource pools and associated devices. The implementation of Enterprise Cloud orders is largely automated using tools developed in-house, and blends that automation with more conventional implementation processes as seen in Managed Hosting product lines. This high visibility role provides a strategic interface with many Terremark departments including executive, sales, support operations, account management, finance, procurement, as well as any 3rd party vendors and various levels within the customer’s organization.

 

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

         Responsible for implementing and deploying Enterprise Cloud orders for new and upgraded cloud resource pools while meeting delivery time standards.

         Manage a high volume projects simultaneously with implementation durations lasting from 1 week to several weeks.

         Process orders for physical equipment and upgrades associated with cloud resource pools while meeting delivery time standards.

         Collaborate with Sales and Implementation Management to address and resolve contract/vendor issues. 

         Work with Sales and Technical Engineering teams to interpret the implementation requirements and facilitate an understanding of steps to be performed to achieve the desired outcome.

         Coordinate with the Data Center and Shared Systems teams to ensure that sufficient capacity is available to permit effective processing of implementation orders.

         Serves as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process and ensures the customers are aware of implementation status.

         Provide feedback to sales team on order entry and design effectiveness to improve order quality, reduce deployment errors and time to deploy.

         Provide feedback to development team on application improvements.

         Provide feedback to infrastructure teams on available usable capacity and potential requirements to improve order efficiency, reduce deployment errors and time to deploy.  

 

Required Skills:

         Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years experience

         Technical certifications such as CompTIA, A+, or PMI certificates preferred

         The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Focus, Planning and Organizing, Quality Orientation, Attention to Detail, Oral Communication, Stress Tolerance, and Results Orientation

         1+ years of hands-on project management with a demonstrated track record of success preferred.

         Able to adapt quickly to change and work well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.

         Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels
