Position Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design, development and testing of innovative tools/processes to provide superior customer experience. They will provide solutions to complex billing issues as well as provide analytics and identify opportunities to simplify products and processes. They will also be required to be a Subject Matter Expert for data conversion and system integrations and they will be expected to lead and drive these projects in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of UNIX Shell Scripting experience
• 4+ years of C programming experience
• 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL
• 2-4 years of Java programming
• 2 -4 years of Oracle database
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. Candidates who hold degrees will be given first consideration.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in data conversion and development of mechanized validation tools
• Experience in data analytics
• Experience working on Linux platform
• Prior experience in leading/managing project end to end
