Position Responsibilities:

• Follow and contribute to ITIL Best Practice of Change Control; ensuring full adoption and compliance of Change Management Policy and Procedures
• Understand and process Requests for Change within designated lead times and agreed upon Organizational Level Agreements
• Actively monitor Request for Change Queue for submitted changes
• Review, approve/deny, schedule, and notify on all Requests for Change according to procedure
• Work closely with internal teams for resource scheduling, change review and customer notification for all changes
• Coordinate with other Change Management team members to avoid work duplication and/or over scheduling of operations resources for change execution
• Resolve any change scheduling conflicts
• Update the Forward Schedule of Change as appropriate and notify impacted teams and customers
• Follow up on Requests for Change that are not completed successfully to ensure they are resolved
• Follow up with internal teams to assure that all changes are closed with proper documentation to ensure accurate reporting and trending
• Assist in the facilitation of the weekly Change Advisory Board meeting
• Review Change Management documentation on a regular basis to ensure relevance and accuracy; surface any discrepancies immediately
• Act as a single point of contact for all associated change projects and address any issues that may arise during the implementation of a project
• Proactively and openly communicate with direct supervisor on ratio of projects, current workload and individual labor utilization by project

Required Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with server operating systems, applications, database and network terminology's
• High level of organization and ability to self start to effectively handle daily activities, facilitate meetings and execute Change Management deliverables within tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with teams from around the world
• Ability to work 24 x 7 (the position is primarily business hours but flexibility is expected as we have teams and customers worldwide)
• Willing to work cross culturally and internationally across multiple time zones

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• ITILv3  Foundations Certification
• 1+ years of ITIL based Change Management experience
• 1+ years of Project Management experience
• Previous experience working in large enterprise providing Managed Services with multi-tenant and multi-platform environments
