Develop plans for key prospects and close direct customer business
Submit quotes to customers and negotiate as necessary to secure the contracts
Track personal and report sales statistics and report on status of pending contracts for personal targets
Develop and deploy plans to increase sales performance in coordination with
Sales Manager
Work with Business Development representatives to bring in new business.
Work with Marketing to identify sales lead sources in a coordinated plan to improve results
Deliver a written account plans as requested. Include a request for any
support resources, including any marketing support, required to hit quota assigned. Following approvals, implement the business plan.
Be prepared to provide detail reporting to Sales Manager on Monthly Revenue
accounting, Forecast and Activity, both personal targets and team performance
Use professional business judgment and be prepared to define plans, justify actions, and identify options as appropriate to Sales Manager
Deploy and maintain effective programs for Direct business capture
Meet assigned quotas
Adhere to a proper business work ethic and create a similar expectation of peers

Qualifications: Experience in C-level direct capture campaigns and sales performance based on specific targets
Motivated and self directed sales professional that can operate within proper guidelines
Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required
Advanced networking and relationships in the industry
Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects and have advanced selling skills
