The Senior Engineer will be responsible for core and custom network architecture and design. Engineer will also be responsible for Tier II to Tier III proactive monitoring/execution, maintenance and changes of internal and customer facing network devices.  This includes troubleshooting website and network connectivity issues to resolution and completely and accurately documenting all work activity in the CRM system.  Engineer will work directly with other internal engineering departments and data center personnel to ensure that all customer expectations are being met at the highest possible level. This position has a set schedule, but is expected to execute complex network changes and provide escalation coverage 24x7 365 days. The Engineer will also be responsible for ensuing escalations coverage for complex networking issues.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

         Architect, design, implement network solutions

         Specify network hardware (routers, switches, load balancer, firewall, security appliance, etc)

         Create logical design including visios

         Install and configure network solution

         Provide administrative task automation via scripting

         Manage vendor relationships

         Participate in presales discussion to determine requirements and integration strategies with existing solutions

         Document operational SOPs

         Support release management process for all network infrastructure
