Lead Specialist - Program Management
We are currently seeking a Lead Specialist –Program Management to join our team. The Lead Specialist will serve as the primary technical representative of the client, represent client's operational interests to all teams servicing the account and serve as the focal point for technical and operational communication to/from the client and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead managed service accounts for Fortune 500 clients
Ensure that no operational request or need of the client goes un-answered or un‐addressed
Consult with clients on operational, strategic, and organizational challenges to their systems
Build and maintain long-term relationships
Organize, implement, and report status of ongoing operational improvements to the existing infrastructure
Handle conflict management with internal and external key stakeholders
Work with technical projects such as enterprise systems infrastructure, software deployment, business process development, and e-commerce systems deployments
Understand the business function of the solutions being supported by the managed service and the impact/importance of technical decisions made
Evaluate incoming projects for operational impact to the client's system and implement strategies to mitigate any negative effects
Execute full lifecycle sales of managed solutions for existing clients
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
8-10 years of IT experience
5 years e-commerce experience
ITIL certified
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Prior experience leading complex service delivery activities for a Fortune 500 company
Possess general understanding of the software development life cycle, application profiling, performance testing, load testing and stress testing
