The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities and projects to ensure that Compliance Project goals are accomplished.  This role will have a concentration on technical compliance requirements.  Provide analysis of internal and external customer requirements with focus on ensuring customer's expectations are met. This role will interface directly with third party and/or customer auditors.  Ability to comprehend and interpret compliance requirements is essential. Execute special projects as required.

Responsibilities:

       Responsible for providing business and operational support

       Responsible for internal business projects and programs from inception to completion

       Establishes or monitors master plans, acquisition and coordination of resources (people or systems, internal or external)

       Performs a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services

       Work may include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information regarding function specific policies; tracking of processes & activities

       May be involved in smaller projects or phases of a larger project

       May provide some administrative support

Required Skills & Experience:   

       4 - 5 years of experience Project Management

       5 - 7 years of experience in compliance

       Project Management Professional Certification, preferred

       Understanding ITIL, SAS 70/SSAE16, PCI, NIST and ISO 27001 standards and requirements   

       Effective written and verbal skills

       Persistence, ability to follow through

       Good planning and organizational skills

       Willingness to develop and use standards and policies

       Ability to work independently

       Superior attention to details

Education and Experience: 

       Bachelors or Associate Degree required

       Requires minimum of 2 yrs. experience
