To identify and maintain the RBS Account, selling across the full range of Voice, Data and IP solutions offered by Verizon Business. To meet and exceed all business targets. Guides the customer through the process and recommends solutions within the context of their business situation. Demonstrates how partnering with VzB advances the customer s strategic direction.Generates close business relationships with the client, in order to protect and grow Verizon Business revenues and to act as corporate interface between Verizon Business and customer at all levels. Develops account plans and establishes forecasts of anticipated revenue and details strategic direction of accounts with measurable, accountable steps, through obtaining clear understanding of the customers business, strategic goals and trading methods. Forms close business partnerships with accounts. Typically makes contacts on own to build and maintain network of colleagues to share information and obtain prospects. Customer contact is extensive and communication skills are characterized by convincing and influencing others. Provide solutions from the Verizon Business product range that fit client s requirements. To be able to work with both the client and internal of Verizon Business to ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions. Maintains up-to-date and accurate records on SPA and/or Siebel or other applicable systems to enable activity and funnel reporting and measurement
Qualifications: Requires a broad range of skills within a professional discipline to effectively perform routine to complex assignments; demands familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices. Generally requires a BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications: Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and environment with an understanding of competitor offerings, telecommunications product portfolio and industry trends.
