Position Responsibilities:

•Design and implement network connectivity required to connect customers to Terremark's Virtual Disaster Recovery (VDR) service
•Network operations of the VDR environment
•Troubleshooting and resolution of network connectivity issues that affect VDR customers
•Documentation and process design of the VDR implementation and operational processes
•Participation in and support of customer failover testing or live failover events

Required Skills & Experience:

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS/CIS), related degree or equivalent experience Current Cisco CCNP, CCDP or CCIP
•Minimum 5 years of related experience 
•Experience with Cisco UCS
•Excellent communications and follow through skills as this will be an implementations role interacting directly with customers

Desired Skills & Experience:

•Strong skills with VPN and MPLS technology
•Proficient with Microsoft Visio and experience diagramming complex network solutions for both documentation and implementation purposes
•Familiar with the ordering and provisioning process for WAN circuits (e.g. DS3, MPLS) 
•Experience with Cisco UCS and storage networking is a plus
