Just choose from 10 different minimum monthly spending levels and get a guaranteed low flat-rate per minute for your direct-dialed, state-to-state long distance calls. The higher the minimum spending level you choose, the lower your per-minute rate.

• Minimum spending levels start at just $250 per month with a 5.2 ¢ per-minute state-to-state rate, and go up to $30,000 a month with rates as low as 2.8c per minute.
• Minimum spending levels start at just $50 per month, with a 6.5¢ per-minute rate and go to $30,000 a month with a 4.2¢ per-minute rate.
• Term options range from month-to-month to three years.
• All Verizon long distance usage contributes toward your minimum monthly spending amount.
• Billing is in six-second increments after the first 18 seconds.
• A shortfall charge, equal to the difference between the minimum monthly spending level and the actual amount spent, will apply to customers who do not reach their minimum spending level.

Sign up for the SimpleOptions^SM long distance calling plan and a Verizon Centrex phone system, DSL or other high speed data services and you can receive an additional 5 percent discount off your long distance bill, including international (excluding any monthly service charges and non-recurring charges).
