These rates are available when you subscribe to a Verizon long distance calling plan and the Verizon Talk to the World Plan. There is a $3.00 monthly charge for this plan.

Verizon Enterprise Solutions is not yet authorized to provide long distance service in every state.

• Calling card calls made from states where Verizon Enterprise Solutions is not authorized will be handled by another carrier, United States Advanced Network, Inc. (USAN), and billed at their rates. This will remain in effect until Verizon Enterprise Solutions receives regulatory permission to carry these calls.

• Regardless of whether Verizon Enterprise Solutions or USAN completes your call, your charges will appear on your Verizon or local phone company bill.

Calling Card calls originated from Alaska will not be carried by Verizon Long Distance. These calls will be carried and rated by USAN.

International calls that terminate to wireless phones may incur additional charges.

Applicable per-call surcharges may apply.

Calling to certain destinations may be temporarily blocked without prior notice if Verizon deems it necessary to prevent unlawful or fraudulent use of its services.
