Verizon Healthy Tips on the Go


Getting and staying healthy just got easier. Sign up to receive Verizon’s Healthy Tips, which offer quick wellness tips on your mobile device through text messaging* from Anthem.

Once signed up, you’ll receive weekly healthy tips about:
 
  • Eating right
  • Exercise
  • Prevention
  • Anthem programs, including Nurseline, Future Moms and the BlueCare Consultant**
