You have a choice about how to receive your Verizon benefits information. You can establish a secure mailbox and collect it on Your Benefits Resources Web site. With a Secure Mailbox, receive your benefits information faster and access it at your convenience. Log on to Your Benefits Resources at www.verizon.com/benefits (user ID and password required), and

• Click on "Secure Mailbox" in the top right corner
• Under "Change Your Preference" click on "Personal Information"
• Under "Your Preferred Form of Correspondence" select  "Change"
