To register your email address and receive news and information from the company, log on to BenefitsConnection at www.verizon.com/benefitsconnection (User ID and password required).

Click on "My Profile"
Under the “I Want To" section, click on "Update Email and Phone Information"
Click on “Update Telephone or Email Address” in the “Telephone Numbers & Email Addresses” section
Enter Personal email address
Click Submit
