In order to use Verizon Troubleshooter for Automated Email Setup you must meet the following requirements:

Supported Email Clients: Outlook, Outlook Express and Apple Mail
Operating System Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP
Browser Requirements: You must be using Internet Explorer 6 or above with Active X enabled.
If you have disabled Active X, you can find out how to enable it
