From the Home Monitoring and Control Web site on My Verizon:  

Log in to http://monitoringcontrol.verizon.com with your Verizon Online User Name and Password.  From the Home Control main menu, select Device Settings. Click the Indoor Light Module thumbnail to access your device.

FiOS TV*

From the FiOS TV Main Menu, select Home Control. From the carousel at the bottom of the screen, locate the Devices panel. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the FiOS TV Remote Control to locate your Indoor Light Module. 

*A separate subscription to Verizon FiOS TV is required for use with the Home Control FiOS TV service.

Computer

From the Device Settings screen, select your Light Module. Select On or Off to enable or disable your light fixture. To adjust the brightness setting, move the drag the light dimmer control up or down. Note: Before you adjust the dimmer, make the sure the light fixture is on by pressing the On button.

Smartphone

From the Home Control mobile app:

From the Devices menu, locate the Indoor Light Module and tap On or Off to remotely turn your light fixture on or off. To adjust the brightness, slide the dimmer control to the left or right.

Note: You must set up and activate your indoor light module before you can access a device from your smartphone.

FiOS TV 

From the Devices panel in the carousel, use the up or down arrows on the FiOS TV Remote Control to locate the Indoor Light Module. Select On or Off to remotely turn your lndoor Light Module on or off. Note: You can turn the light on or off, but cannot control the brightness from the FiOS TV application.

Note: You must set up and activate your indoor light module before you can access a device from your smartphone.
