    • How do I reset my Verizon Online password?  NOTE: The reset password feature should be used only when you have forgotten your password and therefore cannot access your account. If you wish to change/update your existing password, use the Password Change Tool.
    1. Go to the Verizon log in page and click Forgot Your Password?
    2. In the Email Address field, enter your email address and click Next.
    3. Review the Secret Question and in the Enter Your Answer field enter your response.

    1. In the Enter your new password to reset field, enter the new password you wish to use for the account.
    2. In the Confirm new password field, enter the new password again.


      3. TIP: Your new password must be comprised of 6 to 20 alphanumeric characters (e.g. 1, 2, 3, a, b, c, etc.), keeping in mind that passwords are case-sensitive. Your password cannot include symbols (e.g. /, #, *, etc.) or blank spaces. Choose a password that is difficult for others to guess by using a combination of letters and numbers.

    3. Click Submit.


      4. If the answer you provided for the Secret Question is correct, the password to your account will be reset to the one provided in step 5.
