Steps to connect additional computers to an established D-Link wireless network

To connect additional computers to your home network, you must repeat the process of configuring Windows and then installing and configuring a wireless adapter on the computer you're connecting.

  1. Configure Windows. Ensure you have the required networking components installed by configuring Windows for home networking.


  2. Install network adapters. Install a notebook or USB wireless network adapter for each computer you are connecting to your home network.


  3. Test your Internet connections. Confirm that your computer is connected to your home network by verifying that you can access the Internet.
