    • Are there additional charges for the Verizon Wi-Fi service? There are no additional charges for Verizon Wi-Fi if you live in a Single-Family Home and have a FiOS plan with speeds of 15 Mbps or greater.

    If you live in a Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU), it also is available without additional charges for speeds of 10 Mbps or greater. Lower speeds are not eligible for Verizon Wi-Fi at this time. Verizon Wi-Fi is for use with PC laptops only; it will not work with PDA’s, mobile phones, or Macs.

    If you're not currently eligible for the Verizon Wi-Fi service, you may want to upgrade the speed of your FiOS Internet service to enjoy faster downloads, as well as to qualify for the Verizon Wi-Fi service.
