After the primary account owner has registered for Verizon Wi-Fi and given you the Verizon Wi-Fi user name and password, you're ready to download the Verizon Wi-Fi Connect software.
- Open a browser like Internet Explorer and enter www.verizon.net in the Address field.

If you are a sub-account owner and eligible for the free Verizon Wi-Fi service, Manage and Download your Verizon Wi-Fi will display as a link in the widget. Click this link to begin the Verizon Wi-Fi Connect software download and follow the on-screen prompts.
- When you have downloaded and installed the Verizon Wi-Fi Connect software, you will have a HotSpot Search icon on your computer's desktop and a Wi-Fi Connect icon in your right Taskbar. Right click the Wi-Fi Connect icon in the right Taskbar and select Update to update the list of available Verizon Wi-Fi hotspots.
