Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password

Creating New Calendars

1. Click Calendar from the top navigation.
   
   
2. From the left navigation, click Create Calendar. The Create Calendar tab opens.
   
   
3. Enter or select the following information about your calendar:


• Calendar Name
  
  
• Description
  
  
• Time Zone



• Color (This determines the color of items associated with this calendar so you can identify them at a glance when viewing multiple calendar items at once.)
  
  
• Choose to share the calendar by clicking Share this calendar. Share with specific verizon.net addresses by clicking Share your calendar with friends and family. Send a link to your calendar to anyone by clicking Post a public link so that anyone can search for and view your calendar online. Note: A My Verizon login is not required to access a public calendar.


4. Click Save to update your calendar settings.

Manage Your Calendar

To determine which Calendar event appears in the Calendar view, review the list of calendars under the My Calendars heading.

• Events from the selected calendars will be displayed in the selected calendar view (Snapshot, Day, Week, Month).
  
  
• Events will be shown in the color assigned to the associated calendar when the calendar was created.
  

Edit Your Calendar

1. From the left navigation, locate the My Calendars heading, mouse over the calendar to be edited and click the Edit (pencil) icon. The Edit Calendar tab will open.
   
   
2. From this tab you will be able to update:
   


• Calendar Name
  
  
• Description
  
  
• Time Zone



• Color (This determines the color of items associated with this calendar so you can identify them at a glance when viewing multiple calendar items at once.)
  
  
• Choose to share the calendar by clicking Share this calendar. Share with specific verizon.net addresses by clicking Share your calendar with friends and family. Send a link to your calendar to anyone by clicking Post a public link so that anyone can search for and view your calendar online. 3. Under the Edit Calendar tab, click Save to update your calendar settings.
