Create a New Task
- From the top navigation select Calendar and then Tasks from the left navigation. Your task list opens.
- Expand the task section by clicking either Past Due, Today, Upcoming, and Done. Select Create New Task.
- Enter your task information and click Save. Your task appears in the Task list under the day it is due.
Edit an Existing Task
- From the top navigation select Calendar and then Tasks from the left navigation. Your task list opens.
- Hover over the task you want to edit and click the pencil (edit) icon.
- Update your task information and click Save. Your task appears in the Task list under the day it is due.
View Existing Tasks
- From the top navigation select Calendar and then Tasks from the left navigation. Your task list opens. The Task List is divided into four sections: Past Due, Today, Up Coming, and Done.
- Expand the task section by clicking either Past Due, Today, Upcoming, and Done. Each task listed shows: Task Name, Priority, Repeats, Calendar (associated with the task), Date Entered, Where, Due Date (past due items have a Past Due field instead), and Progress.
- For each task you can take the following actions: Change the Progress, Edit the task, and Delete the task.
Delete a Task
- From the top navigation select Calendar and then Tasks from the left navigation. Your task list opens.
- Hover over the task you want to edit and click the trashcan (delete) icon. A confirmation message will be presented.
- Click Delete.
