         Before you begin setting up your wireless network, be sure that you have completed each item on the checklist below.

      • Wireless ZyXEL wireless adapter for each computer you are connecting to your network.

        • Many newer computers are sold with wireless adapters already installed. You can use Device Manager to confirm whether your other computer(s) already have wireless adapters installed.


      • Y-cable with a PC/USB end with a blue tag and a PC-Ethernet end with a yellow tag. The opposite end of the cable has a modem/data plug with a yellow tag.

      • RJ-11 phone cable
