How can I add email accounts to my domain? Email accounts that you create under your domain must be linked to one of your nine Verizon.net mailboxes.

  1. Create one or more sub-accounts using My Account Tools on Verizon central (if you have not signed in, you will be prompted to do so).
  2. Visit SiteControl and create a new domain name email account.
  3. Use the drop-down menu to review your existing Verizon.net mailboxes.
  4. Pick a mailbox account to which you want to link the new domain name email address.
  5. When you sign in to Verizon Webmail using your primary account or any of your sub-accounts, you will be able to read and manage messages.
  6. When using Verizon Webmail, you can set your domain name email address as your default from the email options menu.
