Connecting the Verizon One device
  1. Plug the small end of the power adapter cord into the power receptacle on the Verizon One device and the other end into a wall electrical outlet or power strip. [Show Me]


  2. Use the power switch to turn on the Verizon One unit. Verify that the Power light is illuminated solid green before proceeding.

  4. Plug the DSL phone cord into the DSL/Phone receptacle on the Verizon One device. The other end should still be connected to the wall phone jack or 2-for-1 adapter. [Show Me]


  5. If you're going to connect your Verizon One unit to a computer, use the same Ethernet or USB cable you used for your modem. It should still be connected to your computer. Plug the Ethernet or USB cable into an available WAN port on the Verizon One device. [Show Me]


  6. Verify that the Power, DSL/RDY, and Ethernet lights are illuminated solid green.
