Steps to add a computer to an established Actiontec GT704WG wired home network

  1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to one of the available Ethernet ports (1 - 4) on the back panel of your Actiontec gateway.

  3. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your computer's NIC. [Show Me]


  4. Confirm that the green light for the port number where you connected the Ethernet cable is illuminated. [Show Me]
