• Mastercard, Visa, or AMEX credit card


• ATM card (NYCE, Pulse, or STAR^®)

When My Verizon opens, click Account, then Payment.

Use the links on the right to:

• Make a Payment


• Set up payment arrangements


• Select and manage your payment accounts


• Enroll in or discontinue Auto Pay and Paper Free Billing


• Set up a payment reminder


• View your refund status


• Find payment locations to pay your bill in person


• Request copies of your bills


• View your payment or adjustment history, and more
