Request Copies of Past Bills Request Copies of Past Bills Up to twenty-four months of paper bills are available online.

You can view copies of your past bills online at My Verizon.

1. After you sign in, click Account then Bill.
   


2. Click Bill to open the Bill tab.
   


3. Under Bill Actions in the right column, click Request Bill Copy.
   


4. Follow the provided instructions to either view and print a duplicate of a previous bill or request a paper copy of a previous bill.
   
   If you print your bill it will look the same as a paper bill. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the bill.
   
   If you request that a paper copy be mailed to you, it will be sent via the US Postal Service.
